A empresa was conducting its manufacturing activities in a building that had become too small for the production volume. They acquired the adjacent building to address this issue.
The project involved merging the two existing structures, both of which were several years old, with poor construction quality and lacking architectural interest, to create the new factory for the company.
The exterior was renovated, and the interiors were extensively redesigned to create facilities that met functional needs and fulfilled the company’s desire to operate in a space that aesthetically matched its standards of quality and contemporaneity. The entire intervention took place without interrupting production.
