The client couple purchased a small building with a small backyard because they wanted a small house to live in that exact location.

The project had to undergo approval from the Northern Regional Directorate of Culture, as it is located in a classified area by the PDM (Foz Velha Ensemble).

The building was restored, preserving defining features, and the interiors were designed to fit the program into the available space. Some materials and details were added, enhancing both the house and the cozy outdoor space that surrounds it.
