The house emphasizes the dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, favoring expansive areas that can “extend” into the extensive plot of land.

Maintaining a large portion of open land with vegetation was one of the foundations for defining the proposal.

A simple language of orthogonal planes was chosen for the design. Access to the basement is provided through a ramp connecting to the public road. On this floor, there is the garage, a game room, the laundry room, and the stairs leading to the upper floor.

On the ground floor, the staircase area separates the private zone from the common-use areas. On one side, there is an office, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a master suite with a dressing room and private bathroom. On the other side, there is the entrance hall, a guest bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room.
